Flavours of sweet, lush and juicy peaches combined with the zing of spicy ginger and flavourful Ceylon tea makes an irresistibly fusion delicious served hot and exceptional served chilled with ice. Use 1-2 tsp. per cup, brew in hot water (99-100°C) for 2-3 minutes. For a sweeter brew, add some honey or brown sugar.
