Horny Goat Weed Horny Goat Weed is believed to be an aphrodisiac. The herb is also known for its liver and kidney cleansing properties as well as having a reputation for lowering high blood pressure. An infusion made of horny goat weed has a mild, pleasant herbal taste. Use 2-3 teaspoons of the dried herb per cup, steep in boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes.
