The Dandelion plant is a nutritious food with vitamin A, B complex, C and D as well as important minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc. It has a long reputation as being a body and liver cleanser.
The roasted Dandelion root is often used as a caffeine-free substitute for coffee. Milk and/or sugar can be added as preferred.
Free from caffeine, artificial flavouring, additives and colourings. Use approx 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml cup, steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
