Alishan is a famous tea growing region in central Taiwan, producing very high quality mountain oolongs. This oolong is a lightly oxidized tea and produces a soft, smooth and almost creamy brew with a delicate, floral aroma. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup, brew in hot water (80-90°C) for 3-4 minutes. The tea leaves can be used for a second brew.
