Ayurveda, meaning “knowledge of life”, is an ancient Indian philosophy with a history spanning thousands of years. This blend combines herbs traditionally associated with balancing Kapha, creating a bold, spicy infusion with a warming and invigorating character.

Enjoy it in the morning or whenever you feel like a bright, energising cup.

Brewing: Use 1–2 teaspoons per 200 ml cup and brew for 7–10 minutes in boiling water at 100°C.

Enjoy on its own, or add milk if preferred for a smoother, chai-like cup.

Naturally caffeine-free and free from artificial flavourings, colourings and additives.
