Bi Luo Chun

Mellow out with the light, smooth aroma and taste of this delicate green tea. High levels of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. Low in caffeine.

Bi Luo Chun is also known as Pi Lo Chun. It is a delicate, green, and well-known Chinese type of green tea, now also grown and produced by master tea crafters in Taiwan. The leaves have a dark green appearance with some fine, white tippy buds. It makes a light coloured brew with a sweet, floral aroma and a smooth, mellow, fruity taste. The tea has high levels of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. To brew this green tea, use a tsp. per 100 ml, pour the hot water over (water temp. 80-85°C) and let it steep for 1-2 minutes.
