Bi Luo Chun

Bi Luo Chun (also known as Pi Lo Chun) is one of China's most celebrated green teas and is now also expertly crafted in Taiwan. The tightly twisted leaves, with their deep green colour and fine silvery buds, produce a pale golden infusion with a delicate floral aroma and a smooth, mellow taste with subtle sweet, fruity notes.

Green tea is naturally rich in antioxidants and contains a range of vitamins and minerals. For best results, use 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water. Pour over hot water at 80–85°C and steep for 1–2 minutes.
