Butterfly Pea Flower Tea - Organic

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea is a striking herbal infusion made from premium organic butterfly pea flowers, producing a naturally vivid blue brew with a mild, delicate flavour.

Especially popular served chilled, this beautiful infusion changes colour from blue to purple or pink with the addition of lemon or lime juice. The edible flowers can also be used to add natural colour to ice cubes, milky drinks, desserts, baked goods, rice, pasta and cocktails.

Enjoy it on its own, sweeten with honey or sugar if preferred, or blend with herbs such as peppermint, lemon myrtle or ginger for a refreshing twist.

Brewing: Use 4–5 flowers per 200 ml cup and brew for 3–5 minutes in boiling water at 100°C.
