Tea Organic An infusion of high quality cinnamon chips makes a delicious, spicy and somewhat sweet infusion. It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and is known to lower cholesterol and blood sugar and to help ease symptoms of arthritis. It is also believed to prevent some forms of cancer. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup, brew 2-4 minutes in hot water(100°C). Add sugar and/or milk as desired.
