Four Seasons (Si Ji Chun)

High mountain oolong tea from Taiwan with a flowery aroma and a creamy, mellow flavour with a lingering sweet note of nectar.

This high mountain-grown oolong tea comes from the famous mountain region of Nantou, Taiwan. The tea plant from which it is harvested is known to give tea of very high, first-flush quality during each flush (harvesting) season. It has a creamy, mellow, flowery taste. Use approximately one teaspoon of tea for each cup, and brew for 1-3 minutes in hot water.
Do not use boiling water on this oolong tea it can result in a bitter brew. The tea leaves can be used for multiple brews.
