GABA Oolong is a unique style of oolong tea produced using a specialised nitrogen-rich processing method that naturally increases the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a compound found naturally in the human body. This distinctive production technique creates a beautifully smooth tea with a rich, mellow character, subtle sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.

Many tea lovers enjoy GABA Oolong as a calming evening brew, appreciating its smooth flavour and comforting warmth.

Brewing Guide: Use 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml). Pour hot water (85–90°C) over the leaves and brew for 3–4 minutes. The leaves may be infused several times, with each infusion revealing new layers of flavour.
