Ginger Tea

Enjoy a comforting cup of pure ginger tea, served piping hot, or refresh yourself with a glass over ice. Made from premium dried ginger root pieces, this naturally caffeine-free infusion delivers a wonderfully warming, spicy flavour and enticing aroma.

Traditionally enjoyed to support healthy digestion, ginger tea is delicious on its own or sweetened with a little honey or brown sugar. For a fresh citrus twist, add a squeeze of lemon. It also makes an excellent addition to other teas when you want to create a fuller, spicier brew.

Use 1–2 tsp per 200 ml. Pour boiling water over and steep for 3–5 minutes.
