Gunpowder green tea (Zu Cha)

High-grade Gunpowder green tea, also known as Zu Cha, has a fresh aroma and a smooth, well-rounded flavour.

This premium Chinese green tea takes its name from the traditional way the leaves are processed. The tea leaves are tightly rolled and twisted into small pellets, giving them an appearance reminiscent of gunpowder.

The result is a fresh and flavoursome green tea with a smooth, balanced character and a pleasant aroma.

Brewing: Use 1 teaspoon per cup and brew for 1–3 minutes in hot water at approximately 80–85°C.

Avoid boiling water, as it can make the tea taste bitter.

Packed in an airtight foil bag to help preserve freshness, aroma, and flavour.
