Native to South Africa, Honeybush is closely related to Rooibos but offers a naturally sweeter, milder taste. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and phytoestrogens, it makes a delicious brew to enjoy throughout the day. Serve on its own, sweeten if desired, or add a dash of milk for a creamier cup.

Brewing Instructions: Use approximately 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml), pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and brew for 4–5 minutes.
