Honeybush is high in vitamins and minerals, and makes a light and pleasantly tasting infusion with sweet notes of honey.

 

Honeybush has similarities with Rooibos tea, but with a somewhat sweeter taste and a mild, pleasant honey flavour and aroma. Use approx. 1 teaspoon per cup, steep 4-5 minutes in hot water (99-100°C). Sweeten if desired. Milk can be added if preferred.
Naturally caffeine-free. Rich source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and phytoestrogens.

Packed in air-tight bag.
