This wonderful, fragrant green tea has been scented the traditional way by covering the tea leaves with fresh jasmine flowers. The perfumed aroma from the jasmine tea has a naturally calming effect and the flavour of this green tea is delicately full-bodied with a refreshing, floral aftertaste. Use 1-2 tsp. per cup, brew for 2-3 minutes in hot water (80-85 °C). Do not use boiling water on green tea; too hot water will result in a bitter brew. This tea is best enjoyed on its own without milk, but some sugar can be added if desired.
