Lavender Tea ORGANIC

Relaxing, organic Lavender flowers make a tasty, aromatic infusion.

Pure organic lavender infusion is believed to have relaxing, anti-spasmodic, and anti-depressant properties and makes a nice, refreshing tea, served hot or chilled. It is also believed to relieve problems with indigestion and nausea.
Use a teaspoon of lavender per cup, pour boiling hot water over, and brew for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to sweeten if desired.
Free from caffeine, artificial flavouring, additives and colourings.
