Lemon Myrtle is a native Australian rainforest tree. It makes a deliciously tasty brew with an uplifting, aromatic scent and a refreshingly lemony flavour. Serve on its own, hot or chilled, or mix it with plain black or green tea. 

Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup, pour boiling hot water over, and brew for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy as it is, or add honey or sugar if preferred.
