Liver Cleansing Blend

A blend of herbs believed to cleanse and protect the liver, stimulate bile flow, regenerate liver cells, purify the blood, and reduce bad cholesterol levels.

Dandelion is believed to combat fatty liver, while turmeric root may protect and regenerate liver cells. Peppermint is believed to stimulate bile flow, reduce bad cholesterol, and support liver detoxification. Milk thistle is considered a liver protector, and burdock root is believed to purify blood, stimulate bile flow, and restore damaged cells. 

Preparation: 1-2 tsp per 100 ml, pour boiling water over, and steep for 4-7 min before straining off the leaves.
