Matcha (Japan) Organic

Organic ceremonial Japanese Matcha.

Make Matcha the traditional way by using a bamboo tea whisk (chasen). Place one teaspoon (for 4 cups) of matcha in a larger bowl and pour warm water (max 80 °C) over it. Mix the tea by moving the chasen (matcha whisk) across the brew, drawing the letter M until the mixing is done. Serve in small cups.
Or take the quick way: Place 1/3 teaspoon of matcha in a cup, pour over the water (max 80 °C), and stir with a spoon until well mixed. Enjoy.
This tea is also commonly used in cooking.
