Milk Oolong (Jin Xuan Oolong)

Milk Oolong, also known as Jin Xuan, is a beautifully smooth oolong tea that produces a delicate, pale golden infusion with a soft aroma and naturally creamy character.

Lightly roasted, the tea has a gentle sweetness with smooth, milky notes and an almost buttery finish. Its distinctive character comes from the Jin Xuan tea cultivar itself, giving the brew its naturally soft and creamy taste without the need for added milk flavouring. The leaves can also be infused several times.

Brewing: Use 1 teaspoon per 200 ml cup and brew for 3–4 minutes in hot water at 85–90°C.

Avoid boiling water, as it can make the tea taste bitter.

Packed in an airtight foil bag to help preserve freshness, aroma and flavour.
