Milk Oolong (Jin Xuan Oolong)

Milk Oolong (Jin Xuan) makes a delicate, pale golden brew with a sweet, soft scent and a smooth milky flavour.

The tea is slightly roasted and produces a pale golden brew with a rich and soft scent. It has a milky, somewhat sweet flavour with a clean, almost buttery undertone. This oolong leaves a pleasant lingering taste on your taste buds, and it gets its milky taste by using a special type of tea leaves when processing the tea. Use one teaspoon of tea per cup, brew for 2-3 min. in hot water. Do not use boiling water on this oolong tea; it can result in a bitter brew. The tea leaves can be used for multiple brews.
