Orange Pekoe is a traditional and versatile black everyday tea, perfect with milk or without milk. It has a robust sweetness with hints of malt and a clean, bright finish. Its fresh and full-bodied character also makes it an excellent choice for making iced tea, sweetened if desired and maybe with a dash of lemon juice. Use 1-2 tsp. per cup, brew for 1-2 minutes in hot water if you drink it without milk, brew for 3-4 minutes if you wish to add milk. Brewing temp. 98-100 °C
