Postfermented loose-leaf Puerh tea (Po Lei, Bolay) from the Yunnan province in China. Pu-erh teas come in different varieties, loose leaf or shaped into discs, bricks, etc. Like a good wine, most Puerh teas improve in taste with age. This Puerh tea is young, approximately. 3 years old, but already has a great taste, with a pleasant aroma. Use a teaspoon of tea per cup, brew in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Milk can be added as preferred.
