Organic, antioxidant rich rooibos with a sweet, nutty flavour. Rooibos (red bush) is native to South Africa and is great choice for a naturally caffeine free infusion. 


Rooibos is the perfect substitute for 'normal' tea, as it has no caffeine, but still plenty of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The flavour is somewhat sweet and a bit nutty. Rooibos (meaning red bush) comes from South Africa. Use one teaspoon of Rooibos for each cup, and steep in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Add milk and/or sugar as preferred
