Silver Needle White Tea

Silver Needle is a highly prized white tea of exceptional quality, producing a pale, delicate infusion with a silky smooth taste, gentle sweetness, and subtle nutty undertones.

Once reserved for the Chinese Imperial family, Silver Needle is traditionally harvested for only a short period each spring. The tea is made from the tender young buds of the tea plant, which are covered in fine silvery-white hairs, giving the tea its distinctive appearance.

The flavour is refined and beautifully delicate, with a smooth mouthfeel, light nutty notes, and a lingering natural sweetness.

Brewing: Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Brew for 3–4 minutes in hot water at approximately 85–90°C.
