Organic spearmint, fine cut leaves, with a deliciously refreshing minty taste. It is totally caffeine-free and has calming, relaxing, and digestive properties.


Spearmint has stimulant, anti-spasmodic and digestive properties. It has a fresh flavour and can be enjoyed hot or chilled. Use 1-2 teaspoons of the leaves for a cup, steep in hot water for 4 - 5 minutes before straining off the leaves.

Free from caffeine, artificial flavouring, additives and colourings.
