Tie Kuan Yin, meaning the Iron Goddess of Mercy, is a premium oolong tea from China. Superior in grade and quality, this tea is one of the most popular oolong teas. It is a lightly oxidised with a pleasantly floral fragrance. The light golden brew has a sweet, fruity taste with nutty undertones and pleasant lingering notes of honey. The tea leaves can be used for multiple brewing.  

Use one teaspoon of tea per cup, and brew for 2-3 minutes in hot water (85-95°C). Do not use boiling water on this oolong as it can result in a bitter brew.
