Shipments and returns

Your shipment

  • When we have received your online order, we aim to ship the parcel the same day or the next business day but in some cases, it may take up to one week before shipment.

  • Depending on availability, shipping might be delayed up to one week. Should your order be delayed we will contact you by email.

  • Free postage within Australia on online orders over AU $50.00 regardless of weight.

  • For online orders under AU $50.00 we charge an AU $10.00 flat rate for postage and handling (within Australia).

  • Shipping cost to New Zealand: A postage fee of AU$ 10 applies to any order placed online. 
  • Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, regular parcel, and dropped off without signature.

  • Delivery time Australia: The average delivery time frame within Australia from the day of shipping will be 3 days but no more than 10 days. If you have not received your order within 10 days please urgently contact us.

  • Delivery time New Zealand: The average delivery time frame to New Zealand varies between 7 days and 3 weeks from the day of shipping.

Your parcel will be packed and dispatched well-protected in a cardboard box and special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

Return and refund policy 

Should you receive a damaged or faulty product ordered through our website we will do our best to resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please contact our team at info@tamborinetea.com.au or message us through the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website and inform us about any problems with your order.
Please note: due to health and food safety issues teas cannot be returned or exchanged unless there should be something wrong with the product.

REFUND POLICY
If a product you have ordered through our website is faulty or damaged or if the product does not match its description or does not perform as intended, we will, following Australian consumer law, issue a refund of the purchase amount of the faulty goods.

Please note that we will not issue a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product that you have ordered through our website.

HOW TO RETURN FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
You can return the faulty/damaged goods by post (please use secure packaging) or if preferred, you can return the goods to one of our shops (Tamborine Mountain, Qld or Montville, Qld).
Please note: We do not cover return postage, but if you have paid postage on your initial order amount we will also make a refund of the initial shipping cost.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Tamborine Tea does not cover return postage unless you have paid postage on your initial order and in that case, we will refund the initial shipping cost.
