This classic Chinese smoked black tea is well known for its unique, rich flavour and smoky character. It is traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fire which gives the tea its smoky taste and aroma. It has a strong, distinctive body with a surprisingly light finish and it is the perfect tea to pair with hearty and spicy food, served either hot or chilled. Brew in hot water (98-100 °C) for 2-4 minutes, milk and sugar can be added as desired.
