Sleep Well is a tasty herbal blend to help relax before bedtime. Valerian root is mildly sedative, and chamomile, rosemary, lemon balm and lavender flowers are relaxing herbs. With added peppermint and lemon myrtle you have a tasty blend of herbs known to help with sleeplessness. Use one teaspoon of the herbs for each cup, pour hot water over and steep for 3-5 minutes. Some honey can be added for taste.
