Ginger is good for digestion and it will cool you down on hot days and warm you when it is cold. Dried ginger pieces make a deliciously spicy and aromatic brew, served on its own or added to other teas to spice up your brew. Use 1-2 tsp. per cup, brew in boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes.
