Hibiscus Tea Organic Hibiscus tea is also known under names such as Egyptian Red Tea, Karkade, Roselle and Red Sorrel. It makes an intense, beautiful red flavoured brew with a tantalising, sweet acidity and fruity flavour. Refreshingly delicious both hot and chilled. Use a teaspoon-full of leaves for each cup, brew for 3-5 minutes in hot water. Strain off the leaves, enjoy as it is or with added honey or sugar for a sweeter brew.
