Organic Nettle leaves (stinging nettle) are believed to have many health benefits, and an infusion of nettle leaves makes a healthy and nourishing tea. Nettle is high in iron, potassium, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The brew can be enjoyed as it is or sweetened. A different way of serving nettle leaf tea is to add a small amount of herbal/vegetable stock powder. Use 2 teaspoons of nettle for each cup, pour boiling hot water over and let it brew for 4-8 minutes.
